If you want to use the minifigure as a decoration just unscrew the hook from the head and put the minifigure on the platform.
MINIFIGURES USUALLY COME PREGLUED SO THEY WON'T DETACH WHILE WEARING.
In cases when minifigure comes with additional face, head or exachengable parts of outfits I leave the glueying part to customer so you can choose which accessories/faces you like better and want to be included in the final keychain (for the glueying I recommend regular gel superglue).

They both look amazing and I’m very happy to have them. However I did actually order Vi and Jinx. I would’ve preferred Jinx however I love Caitlyn so it’s not a big deal
